We do not refund if you simply changed your mind or placed the wrong order. We only refund if it is our fault in packing your order and cause breakage in transit, or we shipped the wrong orders. If there is any faulty products or breakage during delivery, we will give you refund with your copy/photo proof of purchase and the faulty/breakage products. We will investigate and process from there.
